Tend expands the Board of Directors
Tend, the real estate services provider belonging to the Halter Group, is to have a new board of directors. Markus Streckeisen is to be elected to the board.
Markus Streckeisen has been nominated for election to the board of directors of Tend AG on June 23, 2021. He is to strengthen the existing Board of Directors with Markus Mettler (Chairman), Alexandra Stamou and Roger Dettwiler, the company, which specializes in real estate services, announces.
Over the past 30 years, Streckeisen has held various positions at SBB, SBB Immobilien and SBB Cargo. At the end of April this year, he left SBB Cargo to work as an independent board member advising companies in the real estate, mobility and retail/logistics sectors.
As a board member, the business economist applies his knowledge to developing and implementing holistic, new approaches in the real estate, transportation and retail/hospitality sectors, Tend said. Streckeisen has broad experience in marketing, managing and optimizing a nationwide real estate portfolio with all common property types in downtown and mobility environments, he said. (ah)
