Zurich: Deloitte moves into new headquarters
Deloitte has moved into its new Swiss headquarters in Zurich's Kreis 5 district. The auditing company is the main tenant in the Prime 2 office and commercial building in the direct vicinity of the Prime Tower.

Welti-Furrer Immobilien AG has realized a new seven-story building on its site on Pfingstweidstrasse in Zurich according to plans by Max Dudler Architekten. The property has a total of 18,000 sqm of office space on six floors as well as 3,000 sqm of retail and restaurant space on the first floor. The location is characterized in particular by its proximity to Hardbrücke station, one of the busiest railroad stations in Switzerland.
As the main anchor tenant, Deloitte Switzerland moved into the building on June 14, 2021. The company is relocating its Swiss headquarters to the striking new building, and the previous location in Zurich-Enge will be abandoned. Deloitte emphasizes that the LEED Gold-certified building is "tailor-made" for the use of modern technologies. Meeting rooms and workplaces are extensively digitally networked. Rooms such as the "Skywalker X Lab" and the "Deloitte Greenhouse" are available for strategy and innovation workshops. (ah)
