Good Buildings Swiss Real Estate Fund raises 23.8 million
The Good Buildings Swiss Real Estate Fund has successfully completed its capital increase. The fund received CHF 23.8 million in new money.
According to the fund management company Berninvest, 200,000 new fund units were issued at a net price of CHF 119.00 each. This means that there will be 2.2 million units of the Good Buildings Swiss Real Estate Fund in circulation in the future.
The first trading day of the units on the SIX Swiss Exchange is scheduled for 30 June 2021, which is also the date on which the payment is to take place. (ah)
