SF Sustainable Property Fund expands portfolio
The SF Sustainable Property Fund has acquired a residential and commercial building in Rorschach. In addition, a residential project is planned in St. Gallen.

The SF Sustainable Property Fund has the new funds, acquired in its April 2021 capital increase, already invested again: In Rorschach, the fund acquired a fully let residential and commercial building at Löwengartenstrasse 46. The property is located in the Löwengarten district, on the outskirts of Rorschach (SG) and thus close to the lake. In St. Gallen, a development is currently being built at Brauerstrasse 21-23 with 70 residential units to the Minergie standard in timber element construction.
The fund also completed and let the DreiFurlen residential development in Lausen (BL). The SF Sustainable Property Fund was responsible for this project itself, from the purchase of the building land in 2016 to the development and now the first occupancy of the apartments. (ah)
