Immo56 increases total income by over 50%

The Procimmo fund Immo56 reports a total profit of CHF 23.59 million for the 2020/21 fiscal year. This is 51% more than in the previous year.

According to Procimmo, Immo56's return on investment climbed from 5.78% to 7.54% in the past fiscal year. Return on equity (ROE) rose to 6.84% - up from 5.61% in the previous year. The distribution yield is 3.38% (previous year: 3.48%). The net asset value (NAV) is reported to be CHF 154.00 per unit as of March 31, 2021 (PY: CHF 148.30). The dividend will increase from CHF 5.10 to CHF 5.20 per unit.

Procimmo reports total income of CHF 22.91 million and total expenses of CHF 9.98 million. The total profit for the financial year increases by 51% from the previous year's 15.62 million to 23.59 million CHF.

Despite the corona pandemic, the Immo56's rental income reportedly increased: from CHF19.17 million to CHF20.19 million. The rent default rate was 3.15% as of March 31, 2021, compared to 3.49% in the previous year.

The EBIT margin increased from 65.82% to 68.81% and the leverage ratio decreased significantly from 35.23% to 25.78%. The TER REF (GAV) amounts to 0.88% (PY: 0.87%). The net fund assets of Immo56 are 358.8 million, the total fund assets amount to 490.7 million CHF. (ah)
