Hans-Peter Domanig with new field of activity
After leaving the Priora Group, for which he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors respectively from 2010 until June 2021, Hans-Peter Domanig has decided to focus his professional future on mandates as an independent and autonomous member of the Board of Directors.

According to Hans-Peter Domanig, the focus is on options in which he can contribute his many years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, his background in business administration and his extensive network.
"As a Board member, I would like to contribute to decision-making processes and set a course that supports the sustainable development of companies in the interest of their stakeholders."
In doing so, he said, he could benefit from his previous extensive operational activities, which included in particular his work as CEO of Implenia Real Estate AG and as a member of the Group Executive Board of Implenia AG from 1994 to 2010. As a member of the Board of Directors, Domanig has held positions at Olmero AG (founding member) in Zurich, Meili Unternehmungen AG in Zollikon and Cablex AG in Berne, among others; he also sits on the Boards of Directors of the family-owned companies Birchmeier Holding AG in Döttingen and Hauser Holding AG in Freienbach. An announcement of a further board mandate will follow shortly, according to Domanig. Among his
Domanig's sideline activities include membership of the board of the Association of Swiss General Contractors (VSGU) from 1999 to 2013 (including the last five years as president) and the umbrella organization of the Swiss economy economiesuisse from 2009 to 2014. Since 2014, Domanig has been a member of the Advisory Board (D-BAUG) of ETH Zurich. (bw)
