Last trading day of DREI shares
Today, Friday, March 11, 2016, is the last trading day for the shares of Dual Real Estate Investment AG (DREI) on the Berne eXchange. As of Monday, March 14, 2016, the share will be traded off-exchange on the platform eKMU-X of Zürcher Kantonalbank.
The background to the stock market withdrawal is the takeover of DREI by Mobimo last year. In November 2015, Mobimo had held around 90 percent of DREI's shares. The Board of Directors of DREI then decided to apply for the delisting of the company from the Berne eXchange. The Berne eXchange has approved the delisting request. (ah)
