Implenia: Hans-Ulrich Meister elected Chairman of the Board of Directors
The Annual General Meeting of Implenia AG elected Hans-Ulrich Meister as a new member of the Board of Directors and as its Chairman.
Ines Pöschel, Kyrre Olaf Johansen and Laurent Vulliet were also newly elected to the Board of Directors. The existing Board members Chantal Balet Emery, Calvin Grieder and Henner Mahlstedt were confirmed for a further term of office.
The Annual General Meeting also approved the distribution of an ordinary dividend of CHF 1.80 per share (previous year: CHF 1.80) and an additional anniversary dividend of CHF 0.10 per share to mark Implenia's tenth anniversary in the current year. (ah)
