New tenant for AFIAA property in Dortmund
Service provider Webhelp is expanding into Germany and has leased more than 2,300 sqm of office space in the Westfalen-Center in Dortmund on a long-term basis. The owner of the property is the Zurich-based AFIAA Investment Foundation.

Webhelp is considered one of the largest service providers in Europe and is active at 75 locations in 20 countries. The company started 15 years ago as a call center service provider and is now a provider of multichannel solutions. (ah)
