"As soon as we have leased part of the space, we will trigger the construction work." Christoph Müller, Chairman of the Board of Alfred Müller AG

The development is to be built in the well-developed "Städtler Allmed" commercial area. It comprises four buildings with a total of almost 23,000 square meters of modern service areas, which are to be realized in two stages. The project, designed by Zug-based axess Architekten AG, will include a metal façade with floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious terraces on the attic floors, and so-called "energy piles" for heating and cooling.

Alfred Müller AG will invest around CHF 80 million in the project. "As soon as we have leased part of the space, we will trigger the construction work," says Chairman of the Board Christoph Müller. (mr)
