Mobimo increases profit significantly
Mobimo Holding AG increased its profit to more than CHF 80 million in the first half of 2016. In the previous year, this figure was still at 35.7 million.
In particular, the success from the promotion and third-party market business, the positive valuation result, the sale of two investment properties and a positive special effect in the area of deferred taxes contributed to the "very pleasing financial statements", Mobimo writes in an advance release. The full half-year report will be published on August 4, 2016.
Mobimo Holding AG, founded in Lucerne in 1999, has been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since 2005. With a property portfolio worth a total of around 2.6 billion, it is one of Switzerland's leading real estate companies.
