Pax Anlage: profit declines
According to preliminary figures, Pax Anlage AG generated a profit of CHF 600,000 in the first half of 2016. In the previous year, it was still 12.7 million. The decline is in line with Pax Anlage AG's expectations, as the company is currently in a phase of realignment.
As part of the realignment, Pax Anlage sold the projects in Seon and Niederlenz, which were assessed as non-strategic, as well as its 51 percent stake in Sonnenhof Immobilien AG in the first half of 2016.
The company puts the intrinsic value at CHF 293.4 million or CHF 1,630/share. This is virtually unchanged compared to December 31, 2015 (297.3 million).
