HFS and Acron see their new partnership as an "excellent complement" to each other's areas of focus, the two companies wrote in a joint release.

Both partners aim to cooperate in the markets in which they are active. A particular goal, however, is to initiate further real estate investments in the USA, following the example of "Acron 2 Porsche Drive", the most recent investment initiated by Acron.

With the investment by HFS Helvetic Financial Services, Acron can now realize investments at an earlier stage of development and offer the number of investments to be initiated simultaneously with different return and risk structures in different countries, says Chairman of the Board Klaus W. Bender.

Acron's investments are based on a single-asset structure for investments in Switzerland, Austria, Germany and the USA. One focus is hotel real estate investments, which account for 40 percent of the Acron Group's current investments. As of mid-October 2016, the company's transaction volume amounts to more than CHF 1.5 billion. Acron's clients are private individual investors and families from around the world.

The owner-managed HFS, headquartered in Wollerau, is active in the areas of real estate, funds and finance. With more than 90 employees, the group holds and manages assets worth over CHF 5.4 billion in its own real estate investments. In order to grow, HFS is building up further strategic investments.
