Akara Diversity PK: Fresh money
A further capital increase is planned for the Akara Diversity PK in the fourth quarter. The targeted issue volume is between CHF 150 million and CHF 200 million.
According to the fund management of Akara Diversity PK, the fresh funds from what is now the eighth capital increase will be used to finance upcoming real estate projects and for investments in Swiss real estate assets; the fund also intends to expand its investor base. Tax-exempt pension funds domiciled in Switzerland are eligible to subscribe. (bw)
