Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds: Another acquisition
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has acquired an office and retail property in Olten (SO). Only recently, the fund had purchased residential properties in Zurich-Seebach.

The latest addition to the fund portfolio, the city property at the busy intersection of Baslerstrasse 37 and Ringstrasse 1 in Olten, was built in 1953/54, according to the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund. The property has been continuously maintained and was completely renovated in the 1990s and is in good condition, according to the fund.
A total of 3,644 sqm of lettable space is spread over the ground floor, seven upper floors and a basement. The property is almost fully let, has a well-diversified tenant structure and offers light-flooded, flexible floor plans, the fund adds.
The tenants of the office and retail space will benefit from the central location, high footfall and good visibility, it adds. The property is located on the left bank of the Aare and only 500 m from the railway station. The district offers a broad infrastructure and short distances to local recreational opportunities.
The fund estimates the investment volume at over CHF 17 million. The purchase agreement was signed on 24 June 2021, and ownership took effect on 1 July 2021.
This is the second purchase made by the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund within a very short time: just a few days ago, the fund announced that it had acquired three apartment buildings in Zurich-Seebach. (ah)
