CS REF Interswiss: Successful capital increase

The capital increase of Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Interswiss, a real estate fund listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, was successfully completed.

According to the fund management company, the issue brought new money into the fund in the maximum amount of CHF 138.9 million. The issue was carried out on a commission basis ("best-effort basis") as part of a public rights offering in Switzerland from 30 August to 10 September 2021. An official rights trading took place on the SIX Swiss Exchange from 30 August to 8 September 2021.

With a subscription ratio of twelve to one (12 subscription rights entitled to subscribe to 1 new unit), 691,121 new units were issued at an issue price of CHF 201.00 net per unit. This corresponds to a subscription ratio of 100 percent. The new units will be paid on 17 September 2021. The number of units in circulation is now 8,984,580 and the net fund assets amount to CHF 1,764.0 million - CS REF Interswiss is the largest listed commercial real estate fund in Switzerland.

The proceeds of the issue are to be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio, which invests primarily in properties with commercial use and mixed uses, preferably in major Swiss cities or their agglomerations. The fund focuses on sustainable substance preservation as well as on a steady renewal of the portfolio. (bw)
