Nova Property: New addition to the transaction division
Katharina Reimann is the new Head of Transaction at the fund management company Nova Property Fund Management AG. She moved from Swiss Prime Site.
As Head of Transactions, Katharina Reimann is responsible for purchases of existing properties, development projects and building land, asset and share deals, asset swaps or contributions in kind, as well as possible sales processes for currently held properties, according to Nova Property Fund Management.
Reimann joined Swiss Prime Site Immobilien in 2015 as a Member of the Management Team in the Acquisitions & Sales department. From 2009 to 2015, she worked as a Transaction Manager at Kuoni Mueller & Partner Investment, and prior to that she was a Consultant for International Transactions and a Consultant Valuation Advisory at Jones Lang LaSalle in Frankfurt.
The fund management company Nova Property Fund Management currently manages five portfolios: Novavest Real Estate AG, SenioResidenz AG, Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund, 1291 Die Schweizer Anlagestiftung and Central Real Estate Holding AG including its subsidiary Rhystadt AG. Together, these companies hold more than CHF 2 billion in Swiss real estate assets. (ah)
