Münsingen: Start of construction for second stage in Erlenau residential district
Construction work on the northern phase of the Erlenau residential district in Münsingen will start before the end of September. Marti Generalunternehmung AG is building three apartment buildings with condominiums.
A total of 50 condominiums (3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 rooms) and four studios are being built to a high standard. An underground parking garage connects the three buildings; above ground, the development is traffic-free.
The apartment buildings are arranged slightly offset, the apartments facing south. Places are arranged on the front side, which serve the access and parking for visitors and offer space to linger. The residential area in the south is fronted by a large green area, and at the transition from Erlenauweg to Lindenweg, in the center of the new buildings, a public neighborhood square is created. The Erlenauweg local bus stop will also be integrated into the design.
The newly built Erlenau district is within walking distance of Münsingen train station. (ah)
