Baden: Laying of the foundation stone for the Akara Tower

Developer and owner Akara Funds is building the Akara Tower, a 66-meter high-rise near the train station. When completed, it will be the tallest building in the city and house 150 rental apartments (1.5 to 4.5 rooms). In addition, there will be two commercial spaces on the ground floor and office space on floors two to four.

HRS was involved in the project development and is the general contractor. The real estate company Markstein AG from Baden was commissioned with the marketing. Marketing of the office space will start this autumn, while the apartments will be advertised for letting from summer 2022. The Akara Tower is scheduled to be occupied in the fourth quarter of 2023.
