Procimmo: PSCF 2 raises 40 million

The capital increase has brought almost CHF 40 million into the coffers of Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II. According to Procimmo, the issue was significantly oversubscribed.

The funds raised through the capital increase of just under CHF 40 million correspond to 303,860 new fund units, Procimmo writes in a statement. The subscription period ran from 16 to 24 September, and the fund units were paid on 1 October 2021. A total of 3.95 million fund units are now in circulation.

According to Procimmo, the new funds will be used in particular to acquire additional properties, but also to drive forward existing construction projects in the fund. From October 2021, PSCF 2 will acquire seven properties with a total market value of more than CHF 100 million, it adds. These are three jointly acquired properties in Steinhausen (ZG), Cham (ZG) and Risch-Rotkreuz (ZG) with a market value of CHF 48.7 million and two jointly acquired properties in Bürglen (TG) and Pfyn (TG) with a market value of CHF 23.9 million. In addition, two properties in Kloten (ZH) and Muri (AG) with a combined market value of 28.8 million will be added to the portfolio of Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II through a transfer from Procimmo Real Estate SICAV.

As at 30 September 2021, the real estate fund held 35 properties in the cantons of Aargau, Basel-Land, Berne, Fribourg, Grisons, Lucerne, Solothurn and Zurich. (ah)
