Goldach: Ceiling celebration for new centre development

Fortimo Invest AG is currently realizing the Zentrum-Goldach.CH development in the center of the community of Goldach on Lake Constance. It consists of three residential and commercial buildings with 32 rental apartments (2.5 to 4.5 rooms), eight retail and four office spaces as well as a restaurant on a newly created village square. Since no ceremonial groundbreaking could be held due to the pandemic-related restrictions, the ceiling celebration was held on September 27, 2021.

The project has a photovoltaic system on the roof and is built to the Minergie standard. The space should be ready for occupation in autumn/winter 2022/23. (ah)
