The historic Villa Morillon has already been opened for cultural events such as readings, concerts, exhibitions and lectures. In addition, the historic walls of the Villa Morillon could one day provide space for prestigious offices, according to Thomasgraf AG from Berne, which was commissioned to represent the client.

On the extensive park area, new, high-quality living space would be conceivable according to the principle of sustainability; all in harmony with the preservation of historical monuments, so that new and old complement each other harmoniously. For this purpose, an expert procedure is currently being carried out. Thomasgraf AG is assisting the owners with client representation in the renovation of the historic buildings, project development for a possible new building and "culture in the park". (bw)
