Liestal: Quantus builds Eglispark residential project
The investment manager Quantus Real Estate is realising the Eglispark building project in Liestal, a development with 30 freehold apartments.
According to Quantus Real Estate, six residential buildings with five condominiums each are being built on a 10,000 sqm plot on Eglisackerstrasse in Liestal. The development also includes an underground parking garage with car and bicycle parking spaces.
Since the start of construction in the summer, the majority of the apartments have already been sold, says Quantus. An investor has acquired one of the six buildings as an investment property. The apartments should be ready for occupancy in the third quarter of 2023.
Quantus is realizing the project as part of a club deal. (ua/ah)
