Nyon: Start of construction for Domaine du Lac residence
Work has begun on the shell of the Domaine du Lac residential development in Nyon. Halter AG is building 49 apartments in three apartment buildings on the shores of Lake Geneva.
In the park between the Chemin de la Croisette and the Mont Blanc promenade, just above the beach in Nyon, the Domaine du Lac project is creating the Jura, Parc and Lac buildings. A total of 49 residential units with 2.5 to 4.5 rooms are distributed over these three buildings.
The 16 apartments in the Lac building are arranged in a fan shape and have large terraces with a view of Lake Geneva. The 13 apartments in the Park building are more compact and are located in the center of the development. The Jura building has an elongated floor plan with 20 apartments and faces the Jura. The Jura and Parc buildings are connected by a shared underground car park with 40 parking spaces, and there is a parking garage with 25 spaces under the Lac building.
The architectural firm Bonnard+Woeffray designed the Jura and Parc buildings, while Lacroix Chessex was responsible for the Lac building and Monnier Architecture du Paysage contributed to the design of the outdoor spaces. The entire project is being carried out by Hestia Constructions, part of the Swissroc Group, as a total contract. The agency of the Comptoir Immobilier group in Nyon is responsible for marketing.
The three buildings will be constructed simultaneously and are expected to be ready for occupancy from summer 2023. (ah)
