Start of construction for "Wollerau Park
Peach Property Group has started construction on the "Wollerau Park" project near Zurich. According to the company, the necessary pre-sales quota has been reached.
Peach Property says it has now firmly reserved or notarized apartments worth CHF 40 million. The deals represent over 45 percent of the expected sales volume of just under CHF 87 million. This means that the necessary pre-sales quota has been significantly exceeded and construction can now begin, Peach says.
By the beginning of 2018, a park-like superstructure is planned on a site area of over 10,800 square meters. A total of 46 high-quality condominiums are to be built, divided into the two areas "Wollerau Lofts" and "Wollerau Residences".
Currently, the existing buildings are being demolished, immediately followed by the start of new construction. After project completion and the redemption of related liabilities, Peach Property expects a cash return of CHF 30 million. (ah)
