Senior Residence: Acquisitions in Berne and Zurich

Senioresidenz has acquired two properties for age-appropriate living in the Zurich and Berne areas.

The two properties that Senioresidenz has acquired offer a total of 40 age-appropriate and barrier-free apartments. Immobilien-AG puts the total investment at around CHF 27 million.

According to Senioresidenz, the first property is a new apartment building with 16 units (2.5 and 3.5 rooms) and service areas for physiotherapy, pedicure and hairdressing. The total floor space is over 1,000 sqm. A lease agreement has been concluded with a professional operator until 2041, Senioresidenz further announces. Notarisation and transfer of ownership for this property have already taken place.

The second property is a new building with 24 age-appropriate residential units (1 to 3.5 rooms) and restaurant space; the total usable space is approximately 2,200 sqm. The project is scheduled for completion in autumn 2023, and Senioresidenz will take over the property on a turnkey basis once construction is complete. According to the company, the purchase agreement has already been notarized. (ah)
