Apleona bundles the Swiss business
Apleona merges the services of Facility Management and Real Estate Management into a joint company - Apleona Schweiz AG.
The real estate service provider is merging Apleona HSG, which focuses on facility management, with Apleona Real Estate to form Apleona Schweiz AG. The management of the new company consists of Michael Rohner (CEO), Markus Faber (COO, Facility Management), Thomas Scheiber (COO, Facility Management) and Sabrina Hauser (COO, Real Estate Management).
The merger took place on January 1, and the legal merger is expected to be completed in the course of spring 2022, Apleona announced. In the future, more than 1,400 employees will work for Apleona Schweiz AG at 13 locations. (ah)
