Capital increase for GR Real Estate Switzerland
The private bank Von Graffenried is conducting an issue for its real estate fund GR Immobilien Schweiz, which is expected to bring CHF 54.5 million into the fund's coffers.
Von Graffenried Immobilien SICAV - GR Immobilien Schweiz was launched in spring 2020 and invests in Swiss properties, with a focus on the Espace Mittelland region. Including a purchase right, the fund now has eight residential developments with a total of 320 apartments and property values totaling CHF 121 million in its portfolio.
With the second capital increase, GR Real Estate Switzerland is now seeking new funds to expand the real estate portfolio, finance ongoing projects and reduce the leverage ratio, Von Graffenried said. The subscription period runs from February 7 to 18, 2022, and the payment is scheduled for February 25. The issue price is equal to the net asset value plus an issue commission of 2%. Five existing shares entitle the holder to subscribe for three new shares of the SICAV. (ah)
