Wüest Partner Germany expands its management team
Stefan Stute, head of Wüest Partner's Düsseldorf office, has been appointed to the management team of the real estate consultancy.
In his new role, Stefan Stute MRICS is to expand the Investment Consulting business area, which he has established and managed in Düsseldorf since April 2020, in terms of content and organization, according to Wüest Partner Germany. The unit will develop investment strategies for the real estate asset class as well as the selection of investment managers in line with the strategy. In addition, the team will support investors during the investment phase by preparing individual property and portfolio analyses, among other things. Stute is also expected to increasingly integrate the topic of ESG into the business unit's consulting services, Wüest Partner Germany adds.
Stefan Stute joined the company in April 2020, having previously worked for RMC Risk Management Consulting for 18 years in strategic consulting for institutional investors. Earlier stations in his career were the construction group Hochtief and the consulting firm PWC. (ah)
