Hiag Romandie under new management

Patrick Japhet will be the new head of Hiag Romandie. He succeeds Yves Perrin, who will retire.

Patrick Japhet (born 1977) is to take over as head of Hiag Romandie with effect from May 1, 2022, the real estate company announced. He has been active in the real estate market for a good 20 years, mainly in Western Switzerland. Currently, Japhet is chief operating director and member of the investment committee at Waypoint Capital, a family office active in the real estate business. Previously, he was Head of Strategic Projects at M3 Groupe and worked for Losinger Marazzi in Geneva and in London for the Bouygues Group.

His predecessor as head of Hiag Romandie Yves Perrin will retire. He has built up the division very successfully over the past twelve years with his great expertise and strong position in the real estate market of western Switzerland, Hiag said. He will continue to be available to the real estate company for selected projects. (ah)
