Gadola site in Nänikon changes hands

The Gadola Group is a Swiss family-owned company based in Zurich and Zug with more than 100 years of experience. Its core activities are facade construction, building construction, civil engineering as well as geothermal probes and real estate management. As part of a site consolidation, the company decided to sell its site at Grossrietstrasse 11 in Nänikon (ZH) as part of a structured sales process.

With G.W. Williams (Switzerland) AG, represented by the asset manager McCafferty Asset Management, a suitable buyer was found within a short period of time, says Swiss Commercial Invest AG (SCI), which was exclusively commissioned with the marketing of the properties. The new owner will benefit from both the long-term leases and the high development potential of the site, SCI said. (ah)
