Alfred Müller has new plans for the Salesianum in Zug
Alfred Müller AG plans to submit a new building application for the Salesianum site in Zug this summer. New living space is to be built directly on Lake Zug.
Alfred Müller AG has announced that it does not intend to pursue the project for the Salesianum site submitted about a year ago. The real estate company says that an objection has been filed against the project and that there is a risk that the project will be delayed longer if it goes through all the legal instances.
Instead of protracted legal disputes, the aim is to implement the project in a timely manner and to create new living space, says Christoph Müller, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alfred Müller AG. We are returning to the original project, based on the guideline project and the approved and legally valid development plan, says Müller.
According to the company, a new building application is currently being prepared and is to be submitted this summer. The project is to create 56 new apartments in an attractive location on Lake Zug. (ah)
