Visionapartments expands to St. Gallen
A new building with serviced apartments by Visionapartments is to be built in the city center of St. Gallen.
Visionapartments will become a user in a new development by Nova Property Fund Management at Rorschacherstrasse 133-137 in St. Gallen. It will be the first branch of the provider of serviced apartments in St. Gallen and is scheduled to open in 2024, Visionapartments says.
The new building will offer 40 studios and two apartments with kitchenettes, as well as 27 rooms. The building will also feature a community kitchen, commercial space and a La Lup Café & Bar. In addition, customers will be able to park in the building.
Just at the beginning of the year, Visionapartments bought a ten-story building in Zug, where 80 furnished apartments are to be set up. The building is just a few minutes' walk from the main train station. (ah)
