Realstone RSF focuses more on residential real estate
Realstone RSF plans to increase the share of residential properties in its portfolio. To this end, the fund plans to sell commercial properties and develop its own residential projects.

According to Realstone, the increased focus on the residential segment is intended to ensure the fund's earnings stability. On the one hand, the fund intends to upgrade its commercial properties and then gradually sell the properties. The proceeds are to be reinvested in various residential real estate projects currently under construction. For example, the proceeds from the Sale of a commercial property at Blegistrasse 21-23 in Baar (ZG) at the end of 2021 to finance the project currently under construction in Horgen Oberdorf (ZH), Realstone writes in a statement.
On the other hand, the fund intends to continue with the development of new residential properties. At the end of 2021, a residential building with nine units was handed over in Gland (VD), and by the end of 2022, 226 new apartments will be provided at various locations between Lausanne, Gland, Sion and Horgen Oberdorf. In addition, several building permits have become legally binding, for example for phases B1 and B2 of the Neugasse Quarter in Horgen Oberdorf. Construction work began here in January. (ah)
