Lugano: Credit Suisse sells building in the city center

Credit Suisse has sold an owner-occupied property in the center of Lugano with an area of 9,300 sqm for CHF 60 million, according to information from AWP. The new owner is real estate entrepreneur Angelo Gilardoni.
