SFPI: Capital increase of 16.8 million
Swiss Finance & Property Investment (SFPI) is carrying out a capital increase from authorized capital of up to CHF 16.8 million.
The company intends to issue up to 187,196 registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 31.25 each at a price of CHF 89.50/share, SFPI announces. This brings the total issue amount of the fully allotted capital increase to approximately CHF 16.8 million. The listing of the new shares to be issued is expected to take place on September 30, 2016. Shareholders are excluded from subscription rights, SFPI further states. (ah)
