Unimo sells German portfolio
Subsidiaries of Unimo Holding, based in Zug, have sold the Sepia portfolio, consisting of 15 high-street properties in Germany.

The buyer is Kontora Family Office GmbH, which is acquiring the properties for a utility fund. A purchase price was not disclosed.
The properties in the Sepia portfolio are located in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Göttingen and Landshut, among others, are in good structural condition and more than 90 percent are leased to retailers and restaurateurs. The Bonn-based Barton Group will take over the asset and property management of the properties in the future.
Savills was responsible for the brokerage. Valteq and Berwin Leighton Paisner advised on the buyer side, Drees & Sommer and Kreutz Rechtsanwälte on the seller side. (ah)
