UBS Direct Residential buys in the Winterthur district
The real estate fund UBS Direct Residential has acquired a residential property in Neftenbach. The investment volume is CHF 8 million.
According to UBS, the property consists of two adjoining apartment buildings with a total of 13 apartments (3.5 to 5.5 rooms). Furthermore, 16 parking spaces in an underground garage and two outside belong to the property. It is located near the river Töss in a popular residential area of the political municipality of Neftenbach and is fully leased.
According to UBS, the property dates back to 1982, and in recent years a comprehensive interior renovation has been carried out, during which the kitchens and bathrooms were also renewed. In addition, the building envelope has been renovated to improve energy efficiency.
The acquisition took place at the beginning of April. The acquisition reflects the strategic focus of UBS Direct Residential, which is on residential use with a good price-performance ratio and on expanding its regional presence in the canton of Zurich. (ah)
