Ralf Capeder remains Managing Director of Verit
The previous interim managing director of Verit Immobilien Ralf Capeder has now officially been appointed managing director. In addition, Manuela Gläser-Glänzel joins the management team.
Ralf Capeder has been managing director ad interim of Verit Immobilien AG since November 1, 2021, and now the Avobis Group, to which the real estate services provider belongs, has officially confirmed him in his role. He reports directly to the co-CEOs of Avobis, Sandro Sulcis and Patrick Schmid.
Capeder has worked for the company for six years and has managed the Chur location. The lawyer and real estate economist is also a lecturer at various universities and an examination expert for real estate fiduciary services.
As early as March 1, Manuela Gläser-Glänzel joined Verit as the new head of management. She has thus also become a member of the management team. Previously, Gläser-Glänzel was head of the Lucerne site at Intercity Bewirtschaftung AG; earlier stations in her professional career include Livit, Suva and Wincasa. (ah)
