Mobimo successfully completes capital increase
The real estate company Mobimo was able to place all its shares on the market in its capital increase and generated gross proceeds of CHF 162 million.
As Mobimo Holding announces, 96.8% of the subscription rights have been exercised in the rights offering. This means that 638,755 new registered shares have been subscribed. The real estate company sold the remaining 21,399 new shares in the market. Thus, a total of 660,154 new shares had been issued. The gross proceeds amount to CHF 162 million. The new registered shares carry full voting and dividend rights from the 2022 financial year; trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange is scheduled to commence on May 6.
Mobimo intends to use the funds from the capital increase to continue on its growth path. As CEO Daniel Ducrey says, the real estate company has a development pipeline "filled with promising projects in attractive locations". The projects are to be realized in the coming years, primarily for the company's own investment portfolio. "Investments amount to around 200 million until 2024." (ah)
