Awards for UBS and Swiss Life companies
The Global Multi-Managers (GMM) of UBS Asset Management Global Real Estate and the France and Germany companies of Swiss Life Asset Management were honored at the "Europe Property Awards" in London at the beginning of June.
The "Europe Property Awards", organized by the magazine Property Investor Europe (PIE) awarded for the first time, honor special achievements in the international real estate industry over the past twelve months in more than 20 categories. In the "Manager of the Year - Newcomer" category, Swiss Life Asset Management France and Germany were honored, while GMM received the "Multi-Manager of the Year" award.
The jury highlighted GMM's institutionalized investment process, which includes careful analysis and ongoing monitoring of assets. In addition, GMM simplifies global investments by providing access to a broad portfolio of core real estate funds.
More than 40 employees work for the GMM business unit in six countries. GMM is part of the UBS-AM Global Real Estate (GRE) platform, one of the world's largest investment managers in the real estate sector. (ah)
