Implenia improves its sustainability rating
After silver in the previous year, Implenia has now been awarded gold in the Ecovadis 2022 sustainability rating.
With its Gold rating, Implenia is now among the best 5% of the more than 90,000 companies from over 160 countries assessed by Ecovadis, it says. "We did very well, especially in the areas of environment, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement," says CEO André Wyss.
Ecovadis is a provider of sustainability ratings used in more than 750 sustainable procurement programs within global value chains.
In addition to the Ecovadis Gold Rating, Implenia has been awarded the highest possible rating of AAA by MSCI ESG Research. Sustainalytics lists the company as an industry leader in environmental, social and governance (ESG). (ah)
