New tenant for high-rise building in Menziken
UBS AST-KIS has found a new user for its high-rise building in Menziken. A hotel will open there next spring.
The investment group UBS AST Commercial Real Estate Switzerland (UBS AST-KIS) has been able to re-let the upper floors of its property at Hauptstrasse 35 in Menziken (AG): In spring 2023, a hotel of the B_Smart group with 30 rooms is to be built in the high-rise building. A rooftop bar is planned for the 14th floor, which will be open not only to hotel guests but also to locals.
The hotel is expected to attract both business and leisure travelers, UBS further informs. The B_Smart Selection hotel group was founded in 2014. It currently comprises 17 accommodation establishments in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Austria. (ah)
