CSAM appoints new management for real estate division
Raymond Rüttimann, Head of Global Real Estate and Real Estate Switzerland at Credit Suisse Asset Management, will retire at the end of the year. His successors have now been identified.

Robert Rackind will be the new Head of Global Real Estate at Credit Suisse Asset Management. He joins from EQT Real Estate, where he was a partner at EQT from 2015 and was responsible for building the real estate platform as well as strategy, team and reporting. Previously, he was founder and partner of real estate investment and development firm Wainbridge. Rackkind will be based in Zurich, according to Credit Suisse, and will begin his role on June 15. He will report to Filippo Rima, head of investment at Credit Suisse Asset Management.
For the position of Head of Real Estate Switzerland, Credit Suisse is relying on an internal appointment: Reto Ehinger, currently Head of Acquisition & Sales of Real Estate Switzerland, will take over the position and report to Rackind. Ehinger has been with Credit Suisse since 2004 and has worked in the real estate sector for a good 20 years.
Rackind and Ehinger succeed Raymond Rüttimann in their respective functions. Rüttimann had been Head of Real Estate Switzerland since 2016, and in 2020 he also took over as Head of Global Real Estate. In total, he has worked for 22 years - since 2000 - in the real estate division of Credit Suisse Asset Management. He will retire at the end of this year. (ah)
