Zurich: Shared Offices on Militärstrasse
As of July 1, 2016, a coworking space will open in a residential building owned by Visionapartments at Militärstrasse 24 in Zurich. For the company, a provider of serviced apartments, the shared offices are a pilot project with a view to offering them in other buildings in and outside Switzerland in a next step.
The offices are located on the first floor of the newly renovated Visionapartments building at Militärstrasse 24 in Zurich. A good 70 square meters of space house 14 workstations and a lounge area. The shared offices are available to tenants of the serviced apartments as well as external guests, and a workstation is available from CHF 350 per week.
If the test phase at Militärstrasse is successful, Visionapartments also plans to set up shared offices in Flaggship Haus near Zurich-Giesshübel station. (ah)
