Swiss Life AM joins terminal project in New York
A new airport terminal is being built in New York at a cost of USD 9.5 billion. Swiss Life AM joins the consortium financing it.

Swiss Life Asset Managers is participating in an airport project in New York on behalf of its infrastructure funds. Together with JLC Infrastructure and other consortium partners, the company is investing in the construction of the 223,000 sqm New Terminal One, which is being built for USD 9.5 billion at JFK Airport. In a statement, Swiss Life speaks of a minority investment, without giving precise details of the size of its own commitment. It is the third investment of its funds in the aviation sector. (aw)
