New partner for Kuoni Mueller & Partner

Jessika Baccetti succeeds André Mathis as Head of Real Estate Valuation at Kuoni Mueller & Partner Consulting. He left the company at the end of May this year.

Baccetti is an architect, holds a MAS in Real Estate Valution and is certified as a court expert for real estate valuations. She has been working for Kuoni Mueller & Partner since the beginning of the year, prior to which she was employed by Bank Julius Baer.

The Real Estate Valuation team, which Baccetti has headed since the beginning of June, has recently grown by two employees who have experience in the valuation of hotel properties, among other things. The increase in personnel is a response to the growing demand for valuation mandates, especially for special-purpose properties, says Baccetti. (ah)
