Hiag strengthens the management

Béatrice Gollong will become Head of Portfolio/Transactions and member of the Executive Board of Hiag Immobilien Holding with effect from January 1, 2023. Michele Muccioli will take over the position of Head of Development/Realization on the same date and will also become a member of the Executive Board.

As a result, the Executive Board of the real estate company will consist of five people as of next year: the current members Marco Feusi (CEO), Rico Müller (CFO) and Dr. Jvo Grundler (General Counsel), as well as the two newly appointed Béatrice Gollong and Michele Muccioli.

The strengthening of the management team goes hand in hand with the strategy of focusing on the units "Site Development", "Portfolio/Asset Management" and "Transactions", Hiag reports.

Béatrice Gollong (born 1975) joined Hiag on May 1, 2020, as Head of Transactions and Commercial Space Marketing. Previously, she worked at SPG Intercity Zurich as Head of Investment and Consulting and as Deputy CEO, and before that at UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) and Wüest Partner, among others.

Michele Muccioli (born 1978) has been a site developer at Hiag since 2012; among other things, he manages the Papieri site development projects in Biberist and Wydeneck in Dornach. Before that, he worked as a real estate consultant and service developer at Wüest Partner and as an architect and project manager at a Zurich-based architecture firm. (ah)
