Zurich buys in Munich

The office building was built in 2009 and includes 25,000 sq. ft. of leasable space on five above-ground floors and a developed basement. According to Zurich, the property is almost fully leased. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

This is Zurich's second investment in Munich in recent weeks. At the end of November, the insurance company announced that it had acquired the Montgelas Park office complex in the Alt-Bogenhausen district. (ah)
