Swiss Life's European fund raises almost 43 million
A capital increase has injected 42.8 million euros into the coffers of the Swiss Life REF (CH) European Properties real estate fund. The fund is using the proceeds to finance acquisitions.
Swiss Life Asset Managers announces a successful completion of the capital increase of Swiss Life REF (CH) European Properties, which was executed between September 8 and 21, 2022.
With a subscription ratio of 14:1, the maximum number of 388,888 units had been issued at a price of 110 euros per unit. With the payment on September 28, more than 5.8 million fund units are in circulation.
In total, the new money amounts to 42.8 million euros; according to Swiss Life, the proceeds will be used for the acquisition of properties and projects. The fund currently holds 19 properties in nine European countries (excluding Switzerland), with a market value of EUR 710.2 million. (ah)
